소변검사
urine hCG : 배란일로 부터 11~14일
혈액 내 융모선 자극 호르몬이 증가하여
소변으로 흘러나와 소변 검사 상 양성 소견을 보입니다. 간혹 테스트기의 오류나 검사 시기 상의 오류로 위양성이나 위음성이 나올 수 있음을 염두에 두어야 합니다.

가장 빨리 임신을 진단할 수 있습니다.
혈액 내 유모선 자극 호르몬을 측정합니다.
초음파검사
배란일로 부터 18일 정도
질식 초음파는 초기 임신 시에 보다 더 빠르고 정확하게 임신을 확인 할 수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 복부 초음파는 임신 5주 부터 가능합니다.
임신의 증상
임신 초기 출혈의 원인은 착상혈인 경우,
유산이나 자궁 외 임신으로 생길 수 있습니다.

복합경구 피임제의 주된 작용기전은 배란 억제를 통하여 피임효과를 나타냅니다.

경구 피임약의 실패율은 0.5% 정도로 매우

하지만 매일 복용하지 않고 빠뜨릴 경우, 피임

피하지방층에 주사하기 때문에 주로 복부나 넓적다리에 맞게되며
경구 피임약과 비슷한 피임확률(99%)으 보입니다.
Q. 피임주사의 작용기전은 어떻게 되나요?
주 성분인 드록시프로게스테론 아세테이트는 난포의 발달과 배란을 막고
자궁 내막을 얇게 해줘 피임을 가능하게 합니다.
주사 투여 후 24시간 내에 피임이 가능한 혈중 농도에 도달하여
3개월간 피임효과를 유지시켜 줍니다.
Q. 어떤 사람에게 권하나요?
매일 복용하는 경구피임약이 번거롭거나 체네 삽입형 피임기구에 대한
부담감이 있는 경우 주사피임약을 고려해볼 수 있습니다.
Q. 주사시기는 언제인가요?
• 1차 주사는 정상 생리 주기에서 생리 후 첫 5일 안에 맞아야 합니다.
• 다른 피임방법을 이용하던 경우에는 기존 피임제의 마지막 사용일로부터 7일 이내에 1차 주사를 맞아야합니다.
• 출산 후에는 자궁이 정상화되는 6주 이후부터 1차 주사가 가능합니다. 주사 후 24시간 안에 피임이 가능합니다.
• 2차 이후 주사는 12~14주 (3개월) 간격으로 투어하며, 주사 투여 기간은 일정 기간이 반드시 지켜져야 합니다.
• 자궁 내막증 치료 용도로 사용 시 치료 전에 먼저 골밀도 검사 후에 시작하며, 사용 기간 2년을 초과하지 않도록 해야합니다.
• 주사 후 모유 수유도 가능합니다.
Q. 주사 후 주의사항은 무엇인가요?
• 대사성 질환 신경성 식욕부진 등 골다골증 위험요소를 가진 경우
• 골밀도 소실이 우려되므로 주사 전에 골밀도 검사 및 비타민D 검사를 시행한 후에 투여 여부를 확인해야 합니다.
• 무월경 / 불규칙한 점상출혈 등 불규칙성 출혈이 있을 수 있습니다.
안구 돌출 / 시력저하 / 복시 / 편두통이 발생할 경우 투여를 즉시 중단해야 합니다.
임플라논
Q. 임플라논이란?
성냥개비크기의 길이 4cm, 직경 2mm 튜브에 프로게스틴(progestin, 합성 프로게스테론)인
데소게스트렐(desogestrel)의 활동성 대사물질인 에토노게스트렐(etonogestrel)을 함유하여,
하루 약 30mcg씩 분비하여 피임 효과를 나타내는 피하 이식 피임 기구입니다.
Q. 임플라논은 어떻게 피임효과가 있나요?
배란을 억제하고, 자궁경부 점애의 점도를 증가시켜 정자의 자궁 및 난소로의 이동을 억제합니다.
